At Arise, we believe that it’s vital to conserve and help increase the biodiversity of any area they that we are developing in. Sustainability is evaluated throughout the development process. We are committed to ensuring that the proposed development leaves a positive impact not only on the site but also on the wider local area.
Through several years of environmental studies, we have developed an in-depth understanding of the proposed development area. This work is informing two key plans: a Biodiversity Enhancement Plan, setting out how we will protect and enhance habitats and wildlife, minimise ecological impacts and improve biodiversity; and a Peatland Habitat Management Plan, outlining measures to protect and restore peatland. Both plans will be submitted as part of the Section 36 application.
